VERIFICATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. VERIFICATION FEE

The minimum verification fee is ₦2,999 per year, payable through the Platform. Verify costs ₦2,999, Verify Plus ₦5,999 and Founding Maker ₦9,999, each for one year. When you pay through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the amount charged can differ slightly, because the store adds VAT or other taxes and its own fees for your country. This fee covers identity verification, fraud prevention, and access to monetization features.

2. WHAT VERIFICATION INCLUDES

Verification includes identity checks using government-issued ID, biometric verification through a liveness check, and screening against fraud and sanctions lists.

3. REFUNDS

Non-Refundable Once Commenced: Verification fees are non-refundable once the verification process has commenced.

Refund for Our Error: If verification is unsuccessful due to our error, we will refund the fee in full.

No Refund for Your Error: If verification is unsuccessful due to your failure to provide accurate information or complete the process, no refund will be issued.

4. AUTO-RENEWAL

Verification is valid for one year. You will be notified before renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time in your account settings.

5. TERMINATION

If your account is terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, your verification fee is non-refundable.
