CREATOR MONETIZATION AGREEMENT

This Creator Monetization Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all Creators who monetize their Content on the WHO MADE THIS? Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To monetize on the Platform, you must be a verified Creator, at least 18 years old, and in compliance with the Terms of Service.

2. COMMISSION AND FEES

WAWU charges a commission on each sale. The current commission rate is 15%. This rate is displayed in your Creator Dashboard and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

Payment processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

3. PRICING

You set your own prices for your Content. You may change prices at any time. Prices must be displayed in the currency supported by the Platform, currently Nigerian Naira, with USD and other currencies available in supported regions.

4. PAYOUTS

Funds from sales are credited to your Wallet after a clearing period of 7 days. You may request a payout to your linked bank account at any time. Payouts are processed within standard banking timelines, typically 1 to 3 business days.

The minimum payout amount is ₦1,000.

5. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

If a Buyer is issued a refund, the corresponding amount, including WAWU's commission, will be deducted from your Wallet. If a Buyer initiates a chargeback, we may place a hold on your funds pending investigation.

6. TAXES

You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your sales, including income tax and VAT where applicable. WAWU may collect tax identification information, such as TIN, and may withhold taxes as required by Nigerian law.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant WAWU the license set out in the Terms of Service.

8. TERMINATION

If your account is terminated, your Content will be removed from the Platform. Pending payouts will be processed in accordance with these Terms, subject to any holds for disputes or chargebacks.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes between Creators and Buyers should first be resolved directly. WAWU may mediate at its discretion. WAWU's decision on platform-related disputes is final.
